ollie has now been with us for almost a year. he turned
one on may 14th, delilah turned 3 on may 25th.

we have had to work to get used to two dogs, especially
poor delilah. but after a year, i think we might actually
be getting into the swing of things.

ollie is working very hard to learn to walk nice on a leash.
but dang it - it is hard with such long lanky legs. he just
made it through his first experience with the groomer and
was a jewel. delilah had been groomed by me for almost
three years....its going to take a few more trials. but i
swear we found the female version of the dog whisperer.

thank goodness - i couldn't keep up grooming both of them.
haulling a 70lb dog up the stairs was just getting to be
crazy.

we are still here and kicking. mom is

so busy and can't believe what a

difference another pooch makes. i
can't believe she brought this thing
home! i am still waiting for him to leave.

he isn't so bad i guess, he just steals my
treats and toys, no manners this boy.

and big! he is now about 1.5 inches
taller than me. i can walk right under
him.

can't wait for the pooch packages to
arrive on christmas morn! i am not
sharing...

moms at camp

mom's is away at an artist retreat.

hello everyone....it's monday!


this was what ollie and i did all day sunday. he seemed
to love laying on me when he chewed on my rawhide
and i played with his ball.


seriously...even i can help but love this little guy.


he is like my shadow!


i am tired....this is the one thing he can take of mine,
my chair....

..playtime..

daily fun time.

oliver is doing well. i am going to have to teach the boy

how to be mindful of his food. i am such a good girl, i never

gulp or suck it down quickly. mom has put a tennis

ball in his ball trying to slow him down. i think she

may need to get another one! he is pretty quick

with taking his treat too. not me. i gently remove it from

mom's hand, never jerking or getting her with my

teeth. that boy needs to learn!

mom says i am doing a great job teaching "kennel" i am

actually doing better with it myself!
